Full Service Planning
Our full service planning will cover all the details from start to finish. Customizing all of our events to express the clients personal design. We never duplicate the same event twice. Our full service planning covers all of your details from A to Z including a white glove, hands on approach to selecting all of your vendors, crafting unique guest experiences, customized food and beverage options and bringing in the most gorgeous design services. We work with you over the full event weekend.
Partial Planning | Design & Styling
Our Partial Planning services steps in after your venue has been booked. We will work with you to ensure your key vendors have been booked based off our personalized recommendations and create a custom design/styling overview for you. We jump back into planning with you at the 6 months mark for your final vendor meetings, ensuring your floor plans, timeline and wedding day details are perfected in the months leading up to your wedding day. We are on-site with you for 12hrs on your wedding day
Wedding Management
Sometimes referred to as wedding coordination, our wedding management starts two months prior to wedding day. We are your support system to round out all of the last minute wedding day details. Our wedding management includes: Two Virtual Meetings, Contract Review, yTimeline Creation, Last minute vendor referrals, and floor plan review. Our wedding day management has an option to add on ceremony rehearsal management. Our services covers 10hrs of your wedding day overseeing all details

Our destination weddings brings our professional wedding services with you, wherever you decide to celebrate your wedding day. You can find us often through out the Caribbean, Bermuda, Grand Cayman, Mexico, Park City, Napa Valley. Flying around the world with you to celebrate your love, is one of our greatest joys!
Wedding Travel Specialist
Our experienced planners not only have years of wedding planning experience, but we are also certified travel planners. With our travel agency ID this allows us to negotiate the best hotel rates, book experiences for your guests and assist you with custom, ID requirements and transportation.
Full Service Wedding Weekend Planning
Because we are traveling across the country, or abroad, we are with you for the full event weekend. From guest arrival with private airport pickups to welcome parties, rehearsal, private sunset yacht tours, wedding day brunch and late night parties. Our planning services are with you from start to finish
Destination Wedding Management
Different from many wedding travel specialist, we assist you with the travel aspect but also management all events with professional staff members. Our team ensures your guests always have a point of contact during the destination wedding weekend
Hotel Booking and Travel Planning
We are passionate about the travel industry and we provide top recommendation for our clients. We do not have associations with certain resorts because we believe that a customized approach is key. We work alongside of the hotels to create all on site events, and work with local vendors for all events off site including restaurant reservations, transportation, golf, spa bookings, private charter boats and more.
