Wedding and Event Management
On your wedding day, our lead coordinator will guide your wedding as what we like to refer as the "Stage manager". Your wedding is an event production, and the planner should not take center stage. We are orchestrating the vendors, decor, venue managers, lighting and overall ambiance. Our clients truly get to enjoy the process, enjoy the day surrounded by love and their family/friends. Our team is on site guiding your contracted vendors, transportation logistics, and your personal touches that you have been working hard curating.
As veterans in the event field, no problem is too large or small for us to fix in the moment. You are in the best hands to navigate any last minute pivots or bumps. But, you will never hear about any of these adjustments from us.

Wedding and Event Management Begins Two Months Prior to Event Day
For all of our full planning events, we are on site as your event coordinators and on-site management
Venue Research and Contracting
Based on your event criteria (number of guests, budget, event type – seated dinner, cocktail party, concert, etc.), K.Adam Events will research suitable venues for you and provide you with a comprehensive list of available venues and pricing. This includes top destination locations. We will arrange tours of the venues for you and negotiate the contract on your behalf once you have selected a suitable venue.
Vendor Management
We have a trusted network of vendors and will work with them to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. We work with top event vendors from across the country and the world. We have curated the perfect partnerships through years of experience which includes photographers, videographers, world class entertainment, premier florist, luxury designers, private chefs, sommeliers, event stylist and every vendor in between. We have curated partnerships to ensure the success of each of our events, however we are open to conversations of bringing on new vendors through your recommendations.
Initial Concept and Design
First, we listen to your vision: What do you want to achieve from your event? What is most important to you? What message do you want to convey to your guests? What aesthetic do you envision for your event? Based on your input, Kaila and our design team will create a mood board that establishes the overall look and feel for your event. Once you approve the mood board, we move into the detailed design phase, fleshing out every aspect of the event. The concept and design phase concludes with a detailed creative presentation, allowing you to experience the visual, tactile, gustatory, olfactory, and auditory elements of your event before it happens. This ensures you have a clear idea of what your event experience will be like.
Destination Weddings
Planning a wedding in a different city or country? We'll handle the logistics and ensure everything is taken care of, no matter the distance. Our team at K.Adam Events specializes in Destination Weddings focusing on destinations through out the USA & Caribbean with some of our favorites being: Grand Cayman, Bahamas, St. Thomas, St. Barths, Barbados, Park City, Austin, Napa, Bermuda and Beyond.
Our team of dedicated destination wedding specialist assists you with all travel logistics including Room Blocks and Lodging, Transportation, Group Events such as private charters, sunset cruises and much more.
